Odom Hydrographic Systems

Odom eChart versiion 1.4 is now available for download.
The install now works properly on 64 bit operating systems, and the default install directory has been changed to c:odom. This is to fix privilege issues when using Vista and Win7. Prior to this change eChart would sometimes run in the background with no display.
